Intrum has two generations and its principals have over 75 years of knowledge, expertise and excellence at the helm. As a family business, we share a name but more importantly we share a passion for real estate and what that means for our customers. Unlike most family businesses where the second generation follows in the footsteps of what existed, Intrum was built together. Unique because each of the principals truly bring separate talent, expertise and relationships, akin to the benefit of being a much larger company. Both principals have an extensive understanding of local markets and a proven ability to identify under performing, value-add, and “off-market” opportunities.
